How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders normally take approximately 2-3 weeks to be completed and shipped. This means you need to allow about 3 weeks plus 2-5 days for delivery. If you need your item faster, be sure to select RUSH delivery with your shipping options at checkout. RUSH adds $25 to the shipping total. RUSH delivery guarantees your order to ship within 7 days.

What if I need my order faster?

We offer RUSH delivery which guarantees your order to ship within 7 days. If you have a special situation in which you need your order within a few days, call us and we'll let you know if it's a possibility.

How long does it take to receive color samples?

Our color samples ship out within 2-4 days. Then it takes 2-5 days for them to arrive.

Are the color samples I received the same size as the beads used in  your designs?

We use varying sizes and shapes of Swarovski crystals and faux and freshwater pearls. The crystal samples we send are 4mm bicones or "diamond shaped" crystals which we do use a lot of in our designs. However, each design is different. If you have a question about what size is used in a particular design, please dont hesitate to ask.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We gift wrap each item automatically so it is ready to give to your bridesmaids, your mother or your flowergirl as well as making it a perfect gift for yourself! Each item is ready to give in a beautiful organza drawstring bag. The bag also provides a great place to keep the jewelry when you're not wearing it.

There is no option on the Swarovski flower pins to change the crystal color option. Can I change the color?

No. The swarovski flowers come in clear only. If there is no color option drop down box, the color is not available.

Why is there no option to change the crystal,  pearl and/or metal color on the item I want to order?

Some designs call for certain sizes, shapes or styles of beads that are not available in every color that we offer on other pieces. For example, the Laura bracelet uses pendant crystals which are available in several colors, but not in all 41 colors like most of our other designs. If the color you're looking for is not in the drop down menu, or the drop down menu for what you want to change is not there at all, it's because that color or option is not available. We can sometimes alter a design, however, to encorporate the color you're looking for by adding to the design. Contact us if you have questions about a particular piece.

Can I get a quantity discount on an item if I order in quantity but in different colors? Can I get a quantity discount on 5 necklaces if they're not the same design?

We regret that we cannot offer quantity discounts in these situations. We do offer discounts on multiples of the same item in the same color because our costs are lower for multiples of this nature. We are extended discounts from our Swarovski supplier based on same size/shape/color of the crystals and pearls. It also takes less time to make multiples of the exact same item than it does different items.
