There are a lot of bridal jewelry options these days. But what are you really getting when you purchase that discount piece? At Amy's, we take pride in our quality. And while any bridal jewelry company can say the same, we've yet to find one that offers the same quality materials that we do, including sterling silver that is tarnish resistant.

HOW ABOUT YOUR SILVER?

Most companies use silver plated metal, which results in a very inexpensive piece of jewelry. But did you know that silver plated metal cannot be polished? This means that once it tarnishes (and quickly!) it cannot be restored.

And what about sterling silver bridal jewelry? When left in open air, sterling silver will tarnish quickly. Multiple polishings may be required and can damage genuine pearls. Who needs the hassle?

At Amy's, we use the new, amazingly tarnish-resistant Argentium sterling silver in our bridal jewelry, headpieces and hairpins! The result is a longer-lasting, more beautiful piece of valuable bridal jewelry. Does Argentium cost more? Of course. But the cost is less than rhodium (another tarnish-resister) and just as beautiful.

It just goes to prove the saying: "You get what you pay for!"
