Return Policy

Jewelry is returnable for a full or partial refund. Hair accessories and clutches are returnable for merchandise credit.

Jewelry Returns:

Customized Jewelry Orders (orders with color, size, or style changes):

Jewelry ordered in crystal colors, certain pearl shades and gold metal are returnable or exchangable with a 25% customization fee. Customized items include pieces made with anything other than clear crystal, light ivory freshwater pearls, and items made in gold metal. These items are still returnable, but a 25% customization fee will be deducted. To be certain your colors are going to work for you, be sure to order color samples first!

Standard Orders (orders without color, size or style changes):

These orders are returnable or exchangable with no customization fee. Standard items include pieces made with clear crystal (no color, no AB), with the pearl choice light ivory freshwater and with the metal choice sterling silver.

*If you want to order several sets of jewelry to see them before purchasing, a 25% customization fee will apply to the returned items, even if they are ordered in standard colors. This also applies to bridesmaid jewelry in multiples of 3 or more. We encourage you to order 1 set of bridesmaids jewelry to be sure you like it before ordering all sets.

Hair Accessory + Clutch Returns:

Hair accessories and clutches are returnable for merchandise credit. Follow the instructions below for returns, and when we receive your email request for an authorization code, we'll work with you to figure out what might work better for you!

Instructions for Returns:

1) Email returns@amysbridalaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a return authorization code. (After 7 days, no returns or exchanges are accepted.)

2) Send the items you want to return back within 7 days of getting your return authorization code. Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under any circumstances. This includes items that do not arrive in time for your wedding if you did not rush the order and your wedding was within 3 1/2 weeks of the order date. If you order a standard order (no rush) within 3 1/2 weeks of your wedding date, and the package arrives after the wedding (or after the date you are leaving for your wedding) the items are not returnable. Please be sure that if your wedding is that close, you add rush to your order!

3) Be sure to include the original inner packaging (bags, boxes, bows, cotton fill) and pack the items safely in a well padded mailer or a box. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. If you send the jewelry back in a nonpadded or paper envelope, or if you do not tape your box appropriately, the items are likely to be damaged in which case we cannot accept the return. PLEASE take care when packaging your return! We strongly recommend adding tracking or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
