Return Policy:

All items, except earrings, may be returned for any reason for a full or partial refund. Details below:

You must follow our return policy to receive the specified refund. Returns that do not comply with the policy will be automatically returned to the sender at his/her expense. We have no control over items being returned to the sender if they are not in compliance.

The policy is as follows:

1) Email returns@amysbridalaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a return confirmation number. We will not accept returns if we are not notified of the return in the 7 day period, even if the package is postmarked within the 10 day time period. Your return MUST include a return confirmation number.

2) Return shipment via USPS Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation, UPS, DHL or FedEx to Amy's Bridal Accessories within 10 days of receipt. (Item must be postmarked within 10 days.) Any items that are not shipped within the 10 day period will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. (We do not accept returns via USPS First Class mail.)

3) The package must be shipped back in the original inner packaging (including tags, gift boxes, tissue paper and ribbons) and packed safely in a sturdy box with strong tape. The package must be packed with the same care that was used when we shipped it to you. We will not accept returns that are shipped back in paper or padded envelopes. Please pack with peanuts, packing paper or bubble wrap. Items will not be accepted if they are damaged.

4) All tags must be attached! Any items returned without original tags, or with torn tags will not be accepted.

5) Earrings are nonrefundable due to safety reasons. You can rest assured that the earrings you ordered from Amy's were not previously worn by a stranger. If you have a problem with an earring order, we will exchange or remake the earrings for you using the same french wires or posts. Exchange/remake fees may apply.

*Refund exceptions:

1) The following items are subject to a 25% restocking fee: Maureen Choker, Tricia Necklace.

2) If you decide to order more than 1 headpiece or piece of jewelry to try them on before deciding, we will refund all but a 30% restocking fee, due to the time consuming nature of handmade items. If you have questions about which piece would look best with your gown, feel free to email us a picture of your gown, or ask us to send you free crystal or pearl color samples before choosing your accessories.

3) If you order 2 or more of the same piece of jewelry (including necklaces, bracelets, tiaras, headbands, or combs) and return them, a 30% multiple items fee will apply. You can order 1 item first in order to make sure it suits you, and then order the rest. We will extend the multiple items discount when you order the remaining pieces.

4) Custom orders are nonrefundable. A custom order includes designs that were created with collaboration between the designer and the customer which did not previously exist on our website. Custom order does not refer to color changes.

We cannot accept returns that do not follow the return policy. We also cannot accept returns past the wedding date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will refund your credit card or send a check depending on the method of the original payment.

Custom Order Policies:

If you desire a headpiece, hairpins or jewelry to be custom made for your wedding, please contact us with your request. The custom fee for any order is $35.00. (Changing the crystal or pearl color in a tiara does not require a custom fee.)

Custom fee is only charged once, even if custom accessories are made to match the headpiece.
