All items are handcrafted and generally take 2 to 3 weeks to create. RUSH orders ship within 7 days.

Once your order has been completed, it is shipped via the shipping method of your choice. A tracking number is sent when your package is shipped. See below for shipping options:

US Addresses: We ship all US packages via UPS. You can choose from Ground (2-5 business days), 3-day Select (3 business days), 2nd day air (2 business days) and Next day air (1 business day). PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED!! If you place a regular (non RUSH) order and choose 2nd day air, the package will arrive 2-3 weeks plus 2 days after the order is placed.

International Addresses: We ship internationally via either UPS worldwide expedited service or Global Priority Mail through the post. UPS worldwide service is guaranteed and trackable and takes 1-3 business days in most circumstances.. Global priority mail is non-trackable, but more affordable. It is quoted to take 4-6 business days, but may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered due to the unreliability of the US postal service.

Color Samples: Color samplesare sent via the US postal service.

RUSH DELIVERY:

Need it faster? You can RUSH your order for an additional flat $25 charge*. Choose to rush your order at checkout when selecting your preferred shipping method. Rush delivery guarantees shipment within 7 business days of payment receipt. If you need your order even sooner, let us know. We can almost always accomodate last minute emergencies. (The RUSH fee does NOT include shipping charges. The RUSH fee expedites the completion of your order and is separate from the shipping method/fees. )
