True white for the bride who wants a perfect match to a stark white gown

True stark white for the bride who wants a perfect match to a white gown. (We always recommend the cultured pearls instead of the faux pearls. Every piece looks better in real pearl. Even if you are wearing white, consider upgrading to cultured pearls. Many brides wearing white gowns wear them!)

* Faux pearls (pronounced "foe") are imitation pearls.

Our freshwater pearls are genuine pearls cultured in freshwater. We use round freshwater pearls in the light ivory color, and the roundest pearls we can find in the rum pink and champagne colors which are harder to come by. Some of the rum pink and champagne pearls may be slightly oval, but never have rings or bumps on them. The picture of the champagne pearl strands below is a good example of "almost" round pearls, just slightly oblong.
