To place your order, select the applicable color options and add the desired items to your shopping bag. Be sure to check the quantities and add RUSH delivery if needed. Complete your order by entering your information including your payment information on our SECURE server. Your personal information is not sold or used for any other purpose than to charge you for your order.

All items are handcrafted and generally take between 2 to 3 weeks to create. RUSH orders ship within 7 days or sooner if possible.

Once your order has been completed, it is shipped via the shipping method of your choice. A tracking number is sent when your package is shipped. See below for shipping options:

*We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or incorretly delivered due to forces outside our control (i.e. weather, mistakes made by shipping carriers etc).

US Addresses: We ship all US packages via UPS. You can choose Ground (2-5 business days), 2nd day air (2 business days) and Next day air (1 business day). PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED!! If you place a regular (non RUSH) order and choose 2nd day air, the package will arrive about 2-3 weeks plus 2 days after the order is placed. If you only have a P.O. Box, you may choose "usps postal service" and we will ship your package via the post office.

International Addresses: We ship internationally via either UPS or Global Priority Mail through the post (please see below):

-UPS international shipments: These shipments are guaranteed and trackable and generally take 7 days to arrive once your order is shipped. However, we have just learned that UPS is charging hefty brokerage fees for international shipments (including shipments to Canada.) These are in addition to normal government taxes and fees that may be charged for you to receive your package. We are not provided with the fee amounts when printing your label, but have had some shipments that were charged 25% of the value by UPS which was billed to the receiver before being able to accept the package.

-Regular postal mail is non-trackable, slower and more affordable. It is quoted to take 7-10 business days, but may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered due to the unreliability of the US postal service. We are not aware of any additional fees, other than government taxes, charge to customers to receive packages via the post.

Color Samples: Color samples going to US addresses ship via the post. The samples are free of charge, and the shipping charge is $5.25. All color sample orders come with a coupon for $5 off your order, to help offset the shipping charge for the samples.

Need it faster? We have two RUSH delivery options:

RUSH: You can RUSH your order for an additional flat nonrefundable charge of $25. Rush delivery guarantees shipment within 7 business days of payment receipt. Choose to RUSH your order at checkout when selecting your preferred shipping method.

EMERGENCY: If you need your order even sooner, you can select EMERGENCY service for a flat nonrefundable charge of $50. Emergency service is required for orders that need to be shipped out sooner than 7 days from the order date. During checkout, you will need to choose the Emergency service option and then let us know your situation in the "additional timeframe" text box. If there is a problem or we are not able to get your order out in time for what you need, we will contact you by phone immediately.

NOTE: (The RUSH and EMERGENCY fees do NOT include shipping charges. The RUSH fees expedite the completion of your order and are separate from the shipping method/fees. )

Customized Orders (orders with color customization):

Items ordered in crystal colors, certain pearl shades and gold metal are returnable or exchangable with a 25% customization fee. Customized items include pieces made with anything other than clear crystal, light ivory freshwater pearls, and items made in gold metal. These items are still returnable, but a 25% customization fee will be deducted. To be sure your colors are going to work for you, be sure to order color samples first!

Standard Orders (orders without color customization):

These orders are returnable or exchangable with no customization fee. Standard items include pieces made with clear crystal (no color, no AB), with the pearl choice light ivory freshwater and with the metal choice sterling silver. Please follow the return policy as indicated below. (A copy will also be in your package.)

*If you want to order 2 or more headpieces to see them before purchasing, a 25% customization fee will apply to the returned items, even if they are ordered in standard colors. This also applies to bridesmaid jewelry in multiples of 3 or more. We encourage you to order 1 set of bridesmaids jewelry to be sure you like it before ordering all sets.

Instructions for return:

1) Email returns@amysbridalaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to receive a UPS return shipping label via email.

2) Print and attach provided UPS label to original package and ship back to Amy's Bridal Accessories within 7 days of receipt of return label. Returns are not accepted after the wedding date under any circumstances.

3) Be sure to include the original inner packaging and pack the items safely in a sturdy box with strong tape. The cost of return shipping ($7) will be deducted from your refund or exchange.

* Why the Customization Fee? Every order is handcrafted to your specifications. We allow crystal and pearl color options as well as metal color options and sizing. The 25% customization fee covers a small amount of the materials lost when an item is returned (most items cannot be resold), and a percentage of the labor costs to make your jewelry and/or headpiece. We feel that this policy is fair considering your items were handmade to your specifications, and considering many wedding companies offer only merchandise credit. If you are ordering several sets of jewelry for your bridesmaids, we encourage you to order one set first to be sure. The 25% is much smaller a fee on one set of jewelry than on multiples.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom original pieces are nonrefundable. A custom original order includes designs that were created with collaboration between the designer and the customer which did not previously exist on our website. Custom original order does not refer to color changes.

Custom Original Order Policies:

Please email us for custom original orders. If we can accept your request, a custom fee will apply depending on the degree of work involved for your piece(s). Fees range from $10 to $50.

Privacy Policy:

We do not share information with other vendors or advertisers. Any chargebacks are reported to ChargeBackBureau.
