How long until my head piece, veil, or jewelry order ships?
We hand create most pieces to order, and will ship your order in about 5-10 business days after purchase. We ship using USPS Priority shipping (2-3 days in transit) or USPS First Class shipping (3-7 days in transit) for orders within the U.S. or USPS Priority Int'l shipping for International orders (6-10 business days in transit). Shipping will include online tracking and delivery confirmation. USPS Express shipping is also available. The turnaround time is our best estimate and does not include shipping times.

How long will my color sample order take to receive?
We send out color sample orders within 2-3 days of the order date via USPS First Class mail. So you will receive them in 2-3 days plus shipping time.

I need a piece quickly. Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! We accept rush orders for an additional $25 for a 1-3 business days production turnaround. You can select the rush order option during the checkout process.

When should I order my accessories?
When possible, we recommend not waiting until the last mintue to order your piece. All our styles are handmade to order with care and attention to detail, so things can take time. If possible, we encourage you to purchase your piece(s) at least 2 months before the date in which you will need it (for U.S. domestic orders) as turnaround times can fluctuate and shipping times are variable. Also, if your order is time sensitive, please put the date that you would need it in the comments box at checkout. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by your requested date unless you contact us prior to purchase, but we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

International customers
Based on our experience, please purchase your piece at least 2 months prior to the date you will need your order to arrive. Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. Don't wait until the last minute! All packages, no matter what courier method, will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not Amy's Bridal Accessories, inc.

I have a question about my current order. What should I do?
Please email us with your order number and your name to info@cremedeluxe.com. As we are a very small studio, it may take a couple of days to reply.

All items come wrapped in gift boxes with satin ribbons to protect the item during shipment, and for storage. Jewelry pieces are sealed in plastic inside of the gift boxes to prevent damage during transit. We recommend storing any silver in these plastic bags to prevent exposure to the elements which can tarnish the jewelry.

Lost Packages and Shipping issues?
After an item leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we recommend it! Please email us prior to purchase so we can adjust your total to include shipping insurance. We will not reimburse or replacement items that have been lost during shipping. Also, please ensure that you list a secure shipping address.

Do you offer returns?

Are the color samples I received the same size as the beads used in your jewelry?
We use varying sizes and shapes of Swarovski crystals and pearls. The crystal samples we send are 4mm in size. Each design is different and we use sizes ranging from 3mm to 10mm for regular beads, and up to 28mm for large pendants. The purpose of the samples is to show the color in person, not to specifically represent the stones used in any particular design.

Do you accept custom order requests?
Yes! Most simple modification customizations we can do free of charge. Completely new designs may require a $50 custom order fee in addition to the price of the final piece depending on the final design. Email us for details: info@cremedeluxe.com

Do you offer gift certificates?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as Paypal payments. Email us if you'd like to pay via Paypal instead of our normal secure online credit card system.

Items in this shop contain small materials and are not suitable for children under the age of 3.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In these cases, we will refund payments in full if payment has been made.
